Aurelia Botanics grew out of a very personal search for skincare that would better meet my own needs – and out of a wish to take a different path.

For many years I suffered from extremely sensitive skin, allergies and recurring eczema that, despite countless attempts, I never really managed to get under control. My skin reacted immediately to many conventional skincare products and their ingredients with irritation and allergic reactions. What others took for granted became a daily challenge for me. For a long time, the search for suitable care led nowhere.

In the end I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began to look closely at the ingredients in conventional cosmetics, to question their formulations critically and to look for alternatives. Along the way, I grew more and more interested in high-quality raw materials, their properties and the possibilities of formulating skincare more consciously.

Over the years, this personal search became a real passion. I devoted myself to researching selected resins and oils, looked into their origins and traditional uses, and discovered the particular art of bringing different raw materials together in harmony.

I was especially fascinated by developing my own formulations – the interplay of selected resins and high-quality oils, careful preparation, and the question of how something special can come from just a few consciously chosen ingredients.

Out of this close engagement, the vision of Aurelia Botanics took shape step by step. What began as a personal need became the wish to create a skincare line of my own that reflects my values: care, quality and a conscious approach to ingredients.

Our products are made in small batches, with great attention to detail. In developing every formulation, we focus on carefully selected raw materials, a considered composition and the quality of every single ingredient.

Today, with Aurelia Botanics, I want to share my experience and my passion with people who take a more conscious approach to their skincare and who want to know what goes into their products.

Aurelia Botanics did not come out of a trend, but out of a personal story, years of research and the wish to approach skincare in a more conscious way.
