Shipping
Aurelia Botanics currently delivers within Switzerland only.
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post.
Shipping costs CHF 6.90 per order.
From an order value of CHF 60, shipping is free.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted towards the delivery time.
Should delays occur because of high demand, limited batches or other exceptional circumstances, we will inform you where possible.
Should an ordered product be unavailable, you will be informed. Payments already made for products that cannot be delivered are refunded.
No returns or exchanges
Aurelia Botanics grants no voluntary right of return, withdrawal or exchange.
Products that were duly ordered, are free of defects and were correctly delivered are not taken back or exchanged. This also applies to unopened and unused products.
No refund is offered on the grounds of dissatisfaction, a change of mind or having chosen the wrong product.
Statutory rights in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
Sending items back
Please do not send products back without contacting Aurelia Botanics first and agreeing how to proceed.
Sending back goods that are free of defects and were correctly delivered, without being asked to, gives rise to no claim to a refund or an exchange.

Should a product arrive damaged, show a defect or have been delivered in error, please contact us as promptly as possible at:

Please include your order number where possible, a short description of the problem and, where damage or defects are visible, suitable photographs of the product and, if relevant, of the shipping packaging.
Once we have examined your complaint we will inform you of the next steps.
